We Will help you analysis the part and mold.
Autodesk® Moldflow® Adviser plastics injection molding software solutions enable you to predict and solve injection molding manufacturing problems in the earliest stages of product development. Manufacturing constraints can be considered at the same time as form, fit and function. MPA products are easy to learn and use and do not require extensive training or plastics expertise. You can work directly from 3D solid CAD models without the need to create, or even view a finite element mesh, saving hours to days of model preparation time. Intuitive results displays and detailed design advice help users to quickly optimize part and mold designs.

Plastic Filling Analysis
- Identify areas of the part geometry that post manufacturability and quality problems and obtain practical,design-specific advice on how to address these issues
-
View distributions of pressure,flow-front temperature and polymer orientation and predict weld-line and air-trap locations
Sink Mark Analysis
- Predict sink mark locations and the associated depths to determine their severity
Cooling Quality Analysis
- Identify and compensate for areas where heat is concentrated on the part to avoid longer cycle times and the formation of sink marks
Gate Location Analysis
- Determine the best gate locations for a given part design and avoid undersirable gate locations
Molding Window Analysis
- Determine optimum processing conditions and evaluate the sensitivity of the part design to the molding process
- Use the size of the molding window to compare material grades, evaluate gate locations and gain a measure of part design quality

is a plastics flow simulation
product for the midrange market, which allows mold
designers to optimize single cavity, multi-cavity and family
mold layouts, eliminate potential downstream problems and
avoid costly rework and manufacturing delays. Optional add-on
modules allow users to simulate more phases of the injection
molding process and evaluate molded part performance and cooling
circuit design.

issues
- View distributions of pressure, flow-front temperature and polymer rientation
and predict weld-line and air-trap locations
Runner Balance Analysis
- Automatically sizes runners to balance flow in multi-cavity and family mold layouts
Runner Adviser Analysis
- Automatically determines the best sprue, runner and gate dimensions for singlecavity,
multi-cavity and family molds

Two optional, add-on modules to Autodesk Moldflow Adviser Menufacturing are available to extend its capabilities to quickly evaluate and optimize part performance and cooling circuit design.
Autodesk Moldflow Adviser Advanced extends the capabilities of the Autodesk Moldflow
Adviser to simulate the packing phase of the injection molding process to predict
and minimize undesirable part shrinkage as well as provide a warpage indicator
that indicates if a part is likely to warp or deform beyond acceptable levels.
Capabilities :
-Identify areas of high, non-uniform volumetric shrinkage, which could contribute
to part warpage
- View the distribution of cooling time to identify areas that dictate cycle time
- Display the deflected shape of the part to visualize part shrinkage and warpage
- Scale the deflected shape for better visualization of part deformation
- Identify regions on the part that deflect beyond a specified maximum deflection
value
- Display the effect on warpage due to shrinkage variations, cooling variations
and molecular orientation
- Query any region on the model and obtain results-specific advice on the reasons
for warpage and how to correct it
Cooling Circuit Adviser extends the capabilities of the Autodesk Moldflow
Adviser to simulate the cooling phase of the injection molding process so
that users can optimize their mold designs for uniform cooling and minimum
cycle times.
Capabilities:
- Design, create and evaluate cooling circuits to achieve uniform cooling and
minimize cycle time
- Model circular and semi-circular channels, hoses, baffles and bubblers
- Automatic creation of initial cooling layout
- Option to import centerline cooling layout from CAD systems and assign cooling
channel properties
- View the part surface temperature distribution to estimate the difference
between the core and cavity temperatures
- View the pressure drop, Reynolds number, flow rate and coolant temperature
along each cooling circuit to identify inefficient circuits
